<title>First Responder EMS Toy Drive:</title>

		On December 11, 2011 First Responder EMS donated over 200 new toys to 
		Butte County Children's Services. Mike Lazzaretto, Jeff McManus, Shane Tinker and Jim Clark from 
		First Responder loaded an ambulance full of toys and delivered them to Butte County Children Services. 
		David Bradley a Butte County administrator, assisted in the unloading of the gifts. "This generous donation of 
		over 200 brand new toys from First Responder will make many children and families very happy this Christmas" 
		David Bradley said.</description>

<title>Cal EMSA Awards First Responder Employees:</title>

December 7th, 2011 at the historic Marines' Memorial Hotel in San Francisco,
        the California Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA) honored 39
        people for their heroic acts and extraordinary contributions to EMS.
        Among the recipients were four employees of First Responder EMS. Dr.
        Howard Backer, Director of the California Emergency Medical Services
        Authority (EMSA), said, "Each year, certain emergency medical
        technicians, paramedics and system participants stand out for their
        extraordinary actions. It's important that we acknowledge their
        contributions toward public safety and for making California's EMS
        system one of the best in the world."</description>

Thursday, October 27 2011, the 27th annual dinner for the CHICO ECONOMIC PLANNING
        CORP. was held at Chico State University's Bell Memorial Union. The
        event honored business, education and innovation leaders in the
        community. The 27th annual Hawaiian theme dinner was a sellout.
        This year Byron Parsons (owner of First Responder EMS) receive the
        award for Excellence in Health Care. The Excellence in Health Care
        award was sponsored by Enloe Hospital and presented by Enloe's CEO Mike
        Wiltermood and Marty Marshall, Director of Emergency Services for
        Enloe. "It is a great honor to receive this award from CEPCO
        because of the work that CEPCO does by creating new jobs and by aiding
        in retention and expansion of existing businesses within the
        community", Byron Parsons said.</description>

Saturday August 27, 2011 First Responder EMS participated
in the Junior Livestock Auction at the Butte County Fair. Bob
Slater (Director of Business Development for First Responder EMS)
purchased a 126 pound market lamb from Kayla Hall of Chico FFA for
$9.00 a pound. The lamb will be process by Chico Locker and Sausage
paid for by First Responder EMS. First Responder will donate the
process lamb to the Torres Shelter in Chico, Ca.

<title>First Responder Participates in Butte County Search and Rescue 50th Anniversary:</title>

Saturday, June 18th 2011: Butte County Search and Rescue celebrated their 50th anniversary.  
First Responder EMS along with other public and private agencies gathered at the Elks Lodge to celebrate the past, 
present and future of the volunteer group. Many demonstrations and games were available to see and do, including a rope 
toss mimicking actual water rescue operations, over-the-edge demonstrations of vertical rescues and static displays of the 
group's past and some of their techniques, such as "man tracking" by using boot prints. Also at the event were several Search 
and Rescue vehicles and equipment, including their Rescue 5 "first-out" vehicle, four Search and Rescue boats and snowmobiles, 
among many others. Several helicopters also landed on the field, including Enloe's FlightCare team, which often works closely 
with Search and Rescue personnel.  Sen. Doug LaMalfa visited the event early in the day to present Search and Rescue leaders with 
an acceptance of a resolution from the California State Senate.

Friday, June 17th 2011: Diabetes is a growing epidemic. The Plazas
along with various healthcare professionals joined together to raise
awareness, identify risk factors and educate seniors on how to live a
healthy lifestyle. On June 17th, Greg Walker,Director of Education for First Responder EMS 
provided on-site blood pressure clinic for the Plaza's residents. "The Diabetic Sweet-a-faire is a great
venue to raise awareness of Diabetes to the Carlton Plazas Senior Living community", Greg Walker said.

Saturday, June 11, 2011: At St. Anthony Parish on Florin Road,
Primrose of Sacramento and St. Anthony Parish presented a free Senior
Resource Fair. It was a fun and educational day for the
approximately 500 people who showed up at the event. The event
had a variety of free services offered, such as Blood Pressure Test,
Memory Screenings, Legal Advice, Massage Therapy, Foot Checks,
and Hearings Tests. Angela Vanella, (Business Development for
First Rsponder) said, "What a great organized event that provides
fun, education and free services for the Senior community of South Sacramento".

        At Raley Field in West Sacramento,The Walk'n Rock event kicked off with
        a morning 5K walk involving families, local businesses, walk teams and
        supporters. Participants walk and raise funds on behalf of our 2011
        Nonprofit Partners and Nonprofit Affiliates. Later that evening,
        Hope Productions and their corporate partners hosted an exclusive VIP
        reception and a benefit concert featuring legendary rock band KISS
        which was open to the general public. Bob Slater, (Director of
        Business Development for First Responder EMS) said, "First Responder is
        proud to help sponsor such a great community event that raises money
        for so many non-profit groups within the Sacramento area".

Responder EMS in Chico in recognition of EMS week. The Senator enjoyed
lunch with the Staff at First Responder. Senator LaMalfa met
with the staff at First Responder and thanked them for providing lifesaving
care to those in need 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Byron Parson
(owner of First Responder) thanked the Senator for taking time to
recognize the service that First Responder EMS provides to the
Community of Butte County.

<title>The 2nd Annual Paws, Pals and Putts Golf Tournament</title>

Monday, May 9, 2011: First Responder EMS participated in a golf tournament at Del Paso
Country Club presented by Hank Fisher Properties. Proceeds
from the tournament benefited the Sacramento SPCA's Senior Services
program providing services to ensure the continued relationship between
Sacramento area seniors and their pets. Participants enjoyed a
great lunch and dinner along with some beverages on the course.
Byron Parsons, Bob Slater, Tony Eason and Tim Pulley represented First
Responder EMS in a scramble Tournament. Byron Parsons,(Owner of First Responder EMS ) 
said, "It was a great way to support the efforts of Nancy Fisher to ensure the continued
relationship between Sacramento area seniors and their pets".

and silent auction and enjoyed fine foods and exceptional entertainment
in an exquisite setting. The 21st annual Heart Ball
event raises over $250,000.00 for heart disease and stroke research and
education. Bob Slater (Director of Business Development for First
Responder EMS) said, "First Responder EMS is honored to be
involved with the American Heart Association efforts to raise money for
the fight against Heart Disease".

the police, fire and EMS Dispatchers that serve the citizens of Butte
County and honored a single dispatcher from each agency. Each
agency honored a single dispatcher that was nominated by their peers as

Development for First Responder EMS) honored Stacey Kloth as their
Dispatcher of the year. "Stacey is an extremely conscientious and dependable 
employee that provides exceptional service for First Responder and the public in 
which she serves and First Responder is proud to honor Stacey Kloth as our 2010 Dispatcher of the

Thursday, April 14, 2011: The Chico Elks Lodge hosted the police, fire and EMS agencies that serve the
citizens of Butte County to showcase their agencies. There were
over 500 hundred school children in attendance. The children were
treated to hands on interactive displays, educational handouts and
games. On display was a bomb disposal robot, helicopter landings
and take offs, police dog demonstration and vehicle and service displays
by Chico Police, Butte County Sheriff, Cal Fire, Chico Fire Department,
and ambulance and paramedics from Enloe Hospital and First Responder
EMS. "It was a great event put on by the community for the
community in Butte County", Bob Slater (Director of Business
Development for First Responder EMS) said.

        2011. Spring Break 2011 was a food, wine and fashion show
        fundraiser at Arden Hills Resort Club and Spa. Spring Break
        2011 raised over $300,000.00 for the following clinics and organization
        that serve the medically uninsured, Bayaniban Clinic, Clinic Tepali,
        ConnuniCare Health Centers, CSERF's Spirit Project, The Effort, Folsom
        Family Clinic, Health and Life Organization, (HALO), Imani Clinic,
        Joan Memorial Clinic, Mercy Clinic Loaves and Fishes, Mercy Clinic
        North highlands, Mercy Clinic Norwood Clinic, Paul horn Asian Clinic,
        White Rock Family Clinic and Willow Clinic. Byron Parsons (Owner
        of First Repsonder EMS) said, "First Responder is excited to
        participate in an event that brings the community together to help fund
        the free clinics in the Sacramento Region". Byron Parsons
        added "I would like to thank Dr. John Chuck, founder of Serotonin
        Surge, for his timeless commitment to funding of our community's safety
        net, free clinics".</description>
